How are the loyalty tiers structured?

The program features 4 levels: Original, Icon, Connoisseur, Legend. As you accumulate points, you ascend to higher levels, each offering enhanced rewards. Your level is determined by your total points balance and reflects your engagement with Swiss4.

How can I check my loyalty level?

You can easily check your current level through the Swiss4 app homepage.

How do I redeem my membership discount?

Your membership discounts are automatically applied at renewal. The discount is determined by your status level: Original members enjoy a 30% discount, Icon members receive 75% off, and both Connoisseur and Legend members are rewarded with a complimentary renewal.

The appropriate points are deducted from your accumulated points balance to cover these discounts.

How do cashbacks and lifestyle credits work in the Elevate by Swiss4 program?

Upon your yearly membership renewal, after your renewal fees' savings are applied, your remaining points can be converted to:

- Cashbacks: Instantly credited to your Swiss4 account for unrestricted spending.

- Lifestyle Credits: Use towards any concierge booking through your Swiss4 app, including hotel stays, experiences, or service upgrades. You will receive this in the form of a cashback.

Can I upgrade my level faster?
