Geneva, March 4, 2025 – As of March 4, 2025, Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) opened bankruptcy proceedings against SWISS4.0 SA in liquidation (Swiss4). Despite Swiss4’s extensive efforts to sustain operations, conditions have made it unfeasible to continue providing services. Swiss4.0 SA in liquidation is now working closely with Valfor Avocats Sàrl, who have been appointed as liquidators by the FINMA.
